Problem Statement

Read the hour, then the minutes. Print OK if it is a real time (the hour from 0 to 23 and the minutes from 0 to 59), otherwise BLAD.

Input Format

Two whole numbers: the hour and the minutes (-100..100), each on its own line.

Output Format

OK or BLAD.
