Problem Statement
Read the speed limit and the car's speed. Print the fine: 0 if the limit wasn't exceeded, 100 - for exceeding it by at most 10, 200 - by at most 20, and 500 - by more.
Input Format
Two whole numbers: the limit and the speed (1..300), each on its own line.
Output Format
One number - the result.
