Problem Statement
A year is a leap year when it divides by 4, but years divisible by 100 are leap years only when they also divide by 400. Read a year and print TAK or NIE. (TAK is Polish for yes, NIE for no.)
Input Format
One whole number - the year (1 <= year <= 3000).
Output Format
TAK or NIE, in capital letters (Polish for yes and no - like in Polish olympiads).
